What is your turnaround time? Your order will ship via USPS with tracking usually within 2-3 business days.

Will I receive an email when my order ships? Yes, an email with tracking is provided at the time of shipment.

Do you have any current discount codes? We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $50 every day—no code needed! Cases do not qualify for free shipping.

How much is shipping? Shipping charges are calculated upon checkout and are based on the weight of your order.  All orders ship via USPS with tracking, and all orders over $50 ship free via USPS First Class.

What is your return/exchange policy? Due to the unique nature of our handmade decon products, all sales are final, and no refunds are available.  In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, don't hesitate to contact us via email at info@rescuesoap.com within 48 hours of delivery of your order.  

Is your product tested? Yes — Rescue Soap has undergone independent testing, demonstrating superior effectiveness at removing harmful contaminants compared to regular soap. More than just a cleanser, our formula—infused with activated charcoal and essential oils—powerfully eliminates stubborn smoke odors from your skin. 

Do your products prevent cancer? The short answer is no. We can not make medical claims about cancer prevention. The IAFF and Firefighter Cancer Support Network recommend showering post-fire to remove contaminants; our soap does just that!
